Heading the Banqueting kitchen in one the largest hotel in Shenzhen, China; Mr. Jing (originated from Henan) specialises in spicy Chinese dishes. Although not fully applied into his cooking to suit local taste, Mr. Jing has incorporated many different types of natural herbs and spices to enhance the flavour of the dishes in order to avoid the “E” numbers.
